Production
Raw materials
Carefully selected and high quality materials are necessary for the production of technistone engineered stone.
Mixing
Raw materials are checked and according to desired recipe are put into the mixing machine. The whole process is managed by computers.
Moulding
The materials blend is spread into the mould of slab shape.
Pressing
A special vibro-press machine transforms the materials blend in vacuum environment into the compact mass.
Kiln
The compact mass is moved into the special kiln where it is heated for 30 minutes.
Polishing
The slabs are measured, calibrated for the desired thickness and polished.
Quality control
All the slabs are controlled and sorted into quality classes.
Storing
The slabs are stored in a warehouse in a friendly environment.
Dispatching
Finally, the slabs are dispatched to the customers by trucks or containers.
